I Chews U

I got to play with my Bubs The Beaver set from The Craft Lounge. I had to purchase this set.. mostly because of my last name.... Bevard... It seems that everyone loves to mispronounce this name! I always get Bee-vard, Brev-ard, Bev-erd. Ber-vard.. Anyway, with all of this our name reminds me of Beavers.. In fact, my husband's nickname for us is The Beaves. LOL So I had to get it because of the beavers... By the way, it is pronounced Bev-ard. :) Anyway here are a few things I used for this card:
  • Bubs The Beaver with copics
  • LI brads
  • SU regal rose, pink pirouette, whisper white CS
  • Cuttlebug dies and embossing folders
  • word window punch
  • SU ribbons
  • iridescent cord

Morning everyone!!

Aw I love Bubs the Beaver! How cute is that card design! It is so scary at how fast Valentine's Day has come round again! It only feels as though Christmas was last week! I have tried to make my own greetings cards in the past, but they just weren't good enough! I really hate having to pay the silly amount of money those big greetings card companies charge, so until I have mustered up the courage to try making cards again, I think I may have found the perfect alternative solution! this all down to my lovely friend Alice. She sent me an e-Card for Christmas, (she was in New Zealand over the festive season) and I thought it was such a cool way to send greetings, I have now been converted! I spent ages looking on the internet doing some research, and found a fantastic website that has a
Wide range of Valentine's Day e-Cards I am a big fan of this site and one of the best things about it is that it is totally free, so not only are you saving money on postage, but also on paper, so it is a great idea for the environment! They have a new range of Valentine's Day e-Cards with an added twist! They inject a bit of humor into Valentine's Day greetings! They have a cool application where you can upload a photo of yourself and incorporate it into the greetings! I just think it is a great way to make Valentine's Day much more light hearted! Just wanted to share my findings with you all! Hope you find this useful! Electronic greetings aren't for everyone, but I think they are definitely worth a try!! I hope you all have a lovely Valentine's Day whatever you decide to get up to!Just make sure that you get all your plans sorted out way in advance, the last thing you want to be doing is rushing around at the last min! Way too much stress for my liking! Warm wishes, Nic.
