Cricut Calendar
About a year ago I posted about this nifty calendar I bought. I am still using it! Since then I have collected a couple of fun Cricut Cartridges to add to the fun of it all. On this September Calendar piece I used Cricut's Create A Creature, and Design a Calendar cartridges. For the squirrel/chipmunk, I used glitter on his tail and chalk to make his rosey cheeks. For the leaves and acorns I used Stickles Glitter. I love this little calendar because you can use a Bistro pen and wipe off the dates and start over. It has been a great little addition in the house!

Decorating for Fall
I found this really great centerpiece/votive boat at my local craft store the other day and fell in love with it! I love all things rustic. This boat is made out of barn wood. And after a little inspection I found that it, too, was made locally--too cool!! I had the perfect tea lites that I bought from Ikea about 6 months ago. I made a quick run to Michaels to pick up some florals that were on sale and came up with this... I love it!

Simple stuff....
These were just a few quick, simple items I made for a swap I was in. The swap was actually for a mini quilt, but these were the extras that were sent along with the gift. The quilt was a fall quilt--the reason for using a fall card... The card was done with my Cricut using Stretch Your Imagination cartridge... The refrigerator lister was made using a Whipper Snapper set made by Anna Wight...

Cricut and Cake Decorators Unite!
I found this on Creative Critter's Cricut and had to share!!! Good thing I'm not a cake decorator because I think I would be flat broke! Especially since I just got the Expression for Christmas!
